Tex. Labor Code Section 21.060
Violation of Conciliation Agreement

A party to a conciliation agreement made under this chapter commits an unlawful employment practice if the party violates the terms of the conciliation agreement. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.

Blank Outline Levels
