this is the worst company, they are not upfront with the cost, the commericals are very misleading, they make you get a plumber to remove the toilet, so this will end of being additional fees. the customer service dept. blocks any type of call leading to someone with authority.

subflooring is a reap off, they give three options, to do with no warranty, get another company to come in and do the subflooring (which is also additional fees, or to pay their ridiculas price, which they do not tell you how they arrive at these fees. some employees in customer service are not honest, they act as if they are managers to keep you from talking to any supervisors. the managers in the installation department will not talk to you at all. so please find another company, i made a big mistake, but please find a company that does not have hidden fees like this one. too many other companies who are much better disappointed jh

Stay away from this company - their carpets selection isn't great compared to other carpet companies, equally, they don't stand behind their agreement. We had someone out three weeks ago, their carpets were ridiculously more expensive than others. Additionally, when we asked them to quote the carpet we were looking

at with another installer, initially, he gave us a price that was comparable, but then turned around and said, sorry, i just got a call their price was double. The sales person didnt offer the 15% less than the quote we had - and we never got offered "free carpet because they couldnt beat the price" Shady.. stay away.. this isnt your best option

We had a representative named Brian come to our house tonight. He arrived intoxicated. We could smell the alcohol on him. He proceeded to do the measurements and lost his balance a few times. By the time he finally gave us a price we were pretty sure we would

not be going with NFD. We had already gotten other prices and when we told him thank you any way he became a bit hostile and said we were lying. It was a very upsetting experience.

Highly disappointed by this business!! They stole my deposit! I requested they install carpet in my laundry room. In my contract We specified that they would move my laundry machine. Upon their arrival they told me they were unable to move my laundry machine as intended. I asked for a

refund and they denied me a refund although it was their fault they could not move the machine. Because the deposit was a check I was unable to dispute the amount with my bank. I asked to be refunded and they continue to refuse even though they did not provide the service. Please stay away from this business please please please. You will regret it. Also their customer service is very disrespectful and threatened to sue me. I've never in my life dealt with such a disrespectful company. Stay away. They are scammers and that's why they ask for a check, stay away.

So it turns out they really did the cheapo way of installing, as just a year later it's all bunching up in the middle of every room. I've come to learn that they used knee kickers to install, so only the outer 2 feet of carpet around the edge

is actually stretched. They should have used a wall-to-wall pole stretcher to ensure no bunching over time. It looks horrible and now I have to pay another carpet guy $300 to come out and fix it and make it right once and for all.

I called NFD to get carpeting on 2 rooms of carpet based on ads of buy one room get the other free. the salesman came and he said that they do not honor the ad so after spending over 3000.00 the installer came and at first refused to move

furniture as stated in contract. then the installer borrowed my 200.00 Dyson vacuum cleaner and proceeded to break it. they company has refused to replace my vacuum cleaner which is no longer working in full capacity

I am very disappointed with the quality of work of the carpet installer and the customer service department especially Cliff the customer service manager. I had carpet put in a bedroom covering hardwood flooring. There was a quarter round molding up against the baseboard which my salesman said would

be removed. It was not. Just days before the carpet was installed we had a painter in to paint the walls and baseboard. He purposely did not paint the quarter round as it was to be removed. Well it was not. The carpet installer actually left unpainted quarter round molding and butt the carpet up to it. It looks very unprofessional. I am not sure how someone could do such a shabby job and feel good about leaving it that way. I called customer service and they said to send 5 pictures showing the issue, so I did. No one even called to say they received the pictures and when I called a week later to follow up a woman told me she would call me back in 30 minutes, which she never did. I called again later that night and spoke with another person who seemed to be reading notes that someone made on my account basically saying there is nothing they can do. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me to call back tomorrow and speak to Cliff. I called today and spoke with Cliff. He did absolutely nothing to help me but was more concerned that if he did, that it would be an admission that they did something incorrectly. His resolution for me was to put tape on the carpet and paint the quarter round. WOW! If you look up quarter round on the internet it is used with hardwood and laminate flooring. I am no installation Guru but that should be removed in order to get the carpet snug to the baseboard, right? I always thought it was the job of customer service and/or a manager to try to do SOMETHING, ANYTHING to rectify things when a customer is dissatisfied. He offered nothing, did nothing and left me feeling very cheated after spending thousands of dollars with this company. What ever happened to "the customer is always right?" Any carpet installer will tell you that you don't leave quarter round down when installing a carpet. Do not use this company! They will not admit if they do something wrong, they will not do anything to attempt to make the customer happy and were very short and matter of fact with me. WARNING: it should have been a red flag that you can't pay by credit card. Probably because they do such a horrible job everyone would dispute the charges. I see that now in hindsight. Attempted to call numbers found on the internet to speak to someone in corporate and all number either were not in service or did nothing after you dial them. These are the CEO, CFO and COO of National Floors direct below. I wonder if they know who they have representing them as "customer service agents" and customer service managers"? CEO: Aaron Rosenberg CFO: Daniel Rosenberg COO: Anthony Lewis If they do, they should be ashamed to even have that name on the department. customer service. because they do NOTHING for their customers. If you don't want to have to come out and fix a poorly executed job, then hire better installers and no offense, but please make sure they speak basic English, as it is very difficult to communicate with someone who doesn't and you are really never sure they understood what you said and at times you don't understand them. I will be contacting the better business bureau and filing a small claims suit to recover some portion of the money so I can have someone else fix the mess they made. BUYER BEWARE!
